Shipping Times, Costs & Options We ship items from our Arizona warehouse. Orders placed prior to 1 p.m. Arizona Mountain Time ("MT") Monday through Friday will be sent out that day; orders placed after 1 p.m. will go out the following business day. Call if you have a question. Our regular shipping uses United States Postal Service ("USPS") first class or priority mail, or UPS ground, depending upon shipment weight. We ship many Phoenix area orders by XPS Delivery, a local messenger service ("XPS"). Shipping is free within the continental United States for orders over $50.00; $4.95 for other orders. Shipping times are one to five or more days, depending upon distance. We provide USPS delivery receipt confirmation numbers and UPS or XPS tracking numbers to our customers. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO or FPO address orders are $5.95 for all orders. Shipments to Canada are charged $9.95 for shipping. We ship to APO and FPO addresses via the USPS only. If you require expedited delivery, please call our office for the charges and we will place your order by telephone and dispatch it as ordered.
Sales Tax Orders shipped to the States of New York and Arizona will be charged sales tax according to state law.
Checking Your Order Status We ship by U.S.Postal Service ("USPS") and by UPS. If your order has been shipped, a USPS delivery confirmation number or UPS tracking number will be sent to you on your confirmation of shipment and will be listed on your order information on our website.
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS SENT THROUGH THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE? If your order was shipped via the U.S. Postal Service ("USPS") it is impossible to track. The USPS provides us with a delivery confirmation number, which we transmit to you by e-mail when your order is shipped. This permits us to request delivery information from the USPS if your order was not received within the normal 1-5 day USPS delivery time frame. The USPS provides this information on their website at usps.com. If it has been more than five days since you received your USPS tracking number and the USPS website shows no delivery or a misdelivery, please contact us at

MST) or e-mail us at mail@vibrantink.com.You can track your UPS package by going onto the UPS website at
www.ups.com and inputting your tracking number where indicated. XPS packages can be tracked by inputting your tracking number at
